β’ A morning routine is key in setting the foundation for your day. It’s important to note that this looks different for everyone, some people are early risers while others sleep in. Remember it doesn’t have to look movie-perfect! These are 5 time-friendly steps that will give each morning consistency π
1) Alarm goes off = Get up: no dilly-dally it only makes it harder.
2) Make your bed & open the blinds: A clean space & some fresh light are so welcoming in the morning.
3) Self-Care: Whether you shower the night before, or in the morning, take this time to wash your face, get dressed, & do anything else you need to do to feel confident walking out the door!
4) To-do list: write out what you need & want to get done that day. Like work/class, going on a run/working out, grocery shopping, etc. Cross it off as you go, you’ll see how much you accomplish in your day!
5) 5 minutes: Read a passage in the Bible or listen to a song that calms you down & do a few stretches to send some love to your body β€
