
After a long day, what better thing to do than have a little routine before hopping into bed? This will set you up for the next day & let you wind down with just 5 simple steps 🙂
1) Wash your face & night-time skin-care! Cleanse first with your choice of face wash (tailored to your skin-type), use any serums, & seal with a moisturizer. (I always use cruelty-free & vegan formulas that are kind to the environment & my skin)
2) Brush & floss: minty clean breath & white teeth, what more can I say?
3) Comfy PJ’s! Get into your favorite night time wear!
4) Pick a yoga video & wind-down: I’m partial to yoga-with-adriene. Daily yoga has been one of the best muscle tension & stress relievers for me. Then I read a chapter of my book or do some Bible study ❤
5) Lay out your clothes for the morning: make your wake up so much nicer by releasing the stress of finding an outfit. Whether it’s for a run/ workout, or school/work.
