π€ Sooo I know people say that journaling & planning is a great daily habit that’s actually really fun. And yes… I am one of those people.π BUT I’m here to tell you how I individualize it, why it’s stress relieving, & why it’s so great for seeing the up and down path on the way to your goals!
π€ How I journal & plan:
β’ write out my day & make to-do lists
β’ track my running & training goals
β’ mini prompts
β’ comforting bible verses
β’ how I feel mentally & physically each day
π€ Other ways to try:
β’ Pick a topic you like & write about it for a little.
β’ Picking a song and write how it makes you feel.
β’ Draw or scrapbook if it makes you feel more understood than writing.
π€ I hope you try to journal & plan for at least 10 minutes a day for a week, & really individualize it to best fit you. I’m almost positive you’ll stick with it! β‘
