🀍 Sooo I know people say that journaling & planning is a great daily habit that’s actually really fun. And yes… I am one of those people.πŸ™ˆ BUT I’m here to tell you how I individualize it, why it’s stress relieving, & why it’s so great for seeing the up and down path on the way to your goals!

🀍 How I journal & plan:

β€’ write out my day & make to-do lists
β€’ track my running & training goals
β€’ mini prompts
β€’ comforting bible verses
β€’ how I feel mentally & physically each day

🀍 Other ways to try:

β€’ Pick a topic you like & write about it for a little.
β€’ Picking a song and write how it makes you feel.
β€’ Draw or scrapbook if it makes you feel more understood than writing.

🀍 I hope you try to journal & plan for at least 10 minutes a day for a week, & really individualize it to best fit you. I’m almost positive you’ll stick with it! β™‘
