
🏃♀️Hi friends, happy March 🌸 I have a 6- mile running workout idea if ya wanna try it out 🙂
• 1 mile warm-up
• 1/2 mile pick-up pace, 1/2 mile
• 1 mile tempo, 1/4 mile easy
• 1mile tempo, 1/4 mile
• 1/2 mile pick-up pace • 1 mile cool-down (continuous)
*tempo pace = ~30 sec. slower than your 5k
*pick up pace = a little faster than tempo
🏃♀️As always alter if you need to, in terms of mileage, pace, etc. And a little reminder that I’m not a certified personal trainer or coach yet. This is just my running/training (specifically for my half-marathon coming up) for others to try out if they want ❤
