• Being alone means a lot of different things to people. I’ve always loved spending time by myself. Running and walking on my own in nature is one of my favorite things to do. Reading at the park or in a coffee shop is a great reset for me. I do love spending time with my family & friends, but I often need to be on my own for a while to be my best self around others.
• Before you can feel comfortable around being with others, it’s important to be comfortable on your own. You can do anything you want to on your own & enjoy it the way you want to. It allows you to really feel what you’re feeling. I encourage you to spend some time with yourself & see if you feel better. Whether you go on a run, cozy up with a good book, or take yourself on a coffee date, spend some quality time with yourself. ☘👣🦋💚
