• The sun will rise & fall. The waves will come in tides. It’s inevitable, a simple fact. Uncontrollable. A lot of things in life are fact & can’t be changed. If you’re like me, not having control is scary. But just like the sun rises & sets, & just as the waves return to the sea, uncontrollable things can lead to the most beautiful things.

• Focus on what you can control. Your physical & mental health. The people that make you happy. The activities that make you feel alive. Live instead of focusing on uncertainty. Sometimes the best thing is to take a dive into what seems scary & it’ll open a whole world of opportunity. 🌊•☀️•🌱•🩴
