~Proverbs 4:23~

💭 “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Proverbs 4:23

💭 I’ve been thinking about this verse a lot lately. Sometimes I feel like I’m not good enough or I feel lost whether it’s career goals, running/training, or friendships. And I become afraid to talk to God.

💭 It’s comforting to remember that God wants you to open your heart to him, especially when you feel low. When I turn to God, I remember that if I am living my life through his word & committing to every aspect of my life with my whole heart, that is the best I can do. 🙂

💭 When your heart is being guided by the word of God, it emanates through to how you act toward yourself and others in a positive way. Remember that there will always be changes & unexpected turns in your life. But God is always constant. 🤍
