• It’s official, I’ve signed up for my first marathon!! It’s this September & I’ve already got the pre-race jitters & nerves lol. Training has been going well so far with a balance of long runs, base, tempo, workouts, & cross training. I know this will be both a physical & mental test, I just need to keep a level head & continue to maintain balance. After four half marathons, it felt like time to kick it up a notch.🏃🏻‍♀️🫶🏼
