
β’ Feelings are tricky to navigate. I’ve felt like I was supposed to feel a certain way or that I had too many feelings. But I’ve learned that allowing yourself to have emotions towards something that are different than what other people feel is okay. Our minds are complex and we are not carbon copies of one another. So don’t think your are heartless if you process grief or relationships differently. And don’t be embarrassed if you cry or feel more than someone else does. Allow yourself to feel whatever it is you need to feel. π«ΆπΌπ¦
