~20 miler~

β€’ I ran 20 miles on Thursday. My longest ever & the most I’ll ever do before my marathon. It was a physical & mental challenge (to say the least), but I got through it. Progressive training, proper nutrition, listening to my body, & support from my family & friends has really helped. I have a few more weeks (more chill now) of training before the big day! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ«ΆπŸΌ

β€’ Other than training, lots of work! Spending time with my buddies has been extra special too. Especially beach sunsets, early morning runs/walks followed by brunch & iced coffee. πŸŒŠβ˜•
