• I love finding little things to integrate in life to take added worry or stress out of my routine. Sometimes, stress is unavoidable & can creep up on you. So let’s take the time to address it & find solutions before it becomes overwhelming.🤍

• 1) A cutsie planner – let me tell you, having a planner and sorting out my schedule is CRUCIAL to my sanity. I write down my work schedule, training schedule for runs & workouts, plans with my family & friends, & day-to-day activities. 📘

• 2) Time for yourself – make sure you have time to reset. I find my “me time” to be one of the most reflective & rejuvenating times in my week. This can be going on a run/walk, reading a book, meal prep, working out, sitting outside. Anything to give yourself the space to breathe. 🌱

• 3) Setting things up – Get your space clean & your things ready for the next morning! I’m telling you, to take these few extra minutes to prep yourself will start your day or week off with calm. 🧘🏼‍♀️
