
Warm up –
• 10 minute jog
Workout –
• 5 min. 60% effort, 2 min. jog (x2)
• 3min. 70% effort, 2 min. jog (x3)
• 2 min. 85% effort, 2 min. jog (x3)
Cool down –
• 10 minute jog
Total ~ 1 hour run, distance will depend on speed & intensity. This run can be altered to fit any runner! Feel free to adjust the time & speed, or make the jogging a walking period. This is an outline of a running workout I enjoy & only meant for inspo to add some variety in your training! 🏃🏼♀️🤍
