~comparison~

• Comparison has a habit of making us feel like we are “less than” or we aren’t hitting a quota. But in reality, we are all on different timelines and experiencing different things. Think of how much less pressure you’d have going to the gym if you were focused on feeling your best and reaching your goals instead of thinking you don’t look good. Think of saving up for a trip instead of wishing you were on someone else’s. Or next time your comparing your life on social media put your phone down and start living yours.

• I know it’s easier said than done. But God made you to live YOUR life, not someone else’s. Following tips like the ones I listed above can help steer you away from the rabbit hole of comparison. You should be focused on doing things that fulfill you, engaging in activities that spark your mind, body, & soul, and spend time with the people who lift you up.

• This pic was taken at my half marathon in November. I got to run it with two of my best friends, & my favorite people came to cheer me on! 🤍💚
