• The infamous long run. We all have a love/hate relationship with them. Sometimes I go solo, others with a friend. Sometimes I listen to something, others I think. For my 8 miler today, I put my earbuds in, and played Taylor Swift and @gilmoretosaypodcast šŸƒšŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ’–

• I’m training for a half marathon in early September, so long run days are crucial to make sure I can run the distance! No matter what your long-run distance is, I’m proud of you. Put in that podcast or music and start putting one foot in front of the other. Before you know it, that post-run high will be there. I’ll be cheering you on!
