β€’ Life can be stressful sometimes. Getting outside for mindful morning movement can be a great way to take some time for yourself before the day starts. Whether this means a morning run, walk, yoga, or workout.

β€’ Mornings can be a challenge, so I put together a little list of things that can make waking up early more doable! 1) Get to sleep at a reasonable hour. 2) Set up your clothes  the night before. 3) Pick a good podcast to listen to. 4) Don’t snooze! 5) Something to look forward to (Ex. A good coffee after) β˜•

β€’ Whatever outside morning movement you choose, make it yours! Whether it’s a long run or some light yoga, this is a great way to kickstart your mind and body in a positive way. Comment below your favorite way to start the morning. 😊
