Go through each exercise group 3 times with 10-12 reps. Grab whatever weights you’d like.
1. plie sumo squat with oh press
2. side lunge with reach (each side)
1. glute kickbacks (each side)
2. single leg deadlift (each side)
1. bicep curl to hammer curl
2. tricep kickback to row
1. pushups
2. punches (each side)
abs: 30 seconds each, 3x through
1. bicycle crunches
2. leg drops
3. reverse crunches
4. plank
