
❄️ Merry Christmas friends! (a day late) I hope your days have been filled with love and spent with good people. If you’ve ever struggled on the holidays, remember to give yourself some extra kindness.
❄️ Enjoy yourself, don’t let anxious thoughts cloud your mind or take you away from the moment. Play games with your family, read books by the fire, help cook and bake with your mom, watch Christmas movies.
❄️ Engage in movement that feels good, whether that’s a walk, run, workout, or yoga. Even better, do it with a family member or friend. Don’t overdo it, listen to your body, & be mindful. 🧘🏼♀️
