• Two butterflies crossed my path during a hike & as cheesy as it sounds, it felt like they were there for a reason. So I looked up the spiritual meaning of butterflies. Many believe that when a butterfly visits you, it’s a symbol of growth & positivity. 🦋🫶🏼

• I believe this to be true. If you think about the life cycle of a butterfly, they begin as a caterpillar & with time they grow to become a butterfly. Their own being demonstrates the beauty in growth through life.
