
• I recently put a question box on my instagram story asking if there was any interest in healthy recipes & nutrition tips… the verdict was YES! So I thought I’d start simple with one of my go-to breakfasts – berry yogurt bowl! This picture was one I got in Scotland, but I’m going to share a recipe I make at home all the time. 🩷🍓
• Base – Yogurt! I like Vanilla Greek or Vanilla Skyr. *Both great protein sources & have probiotics that aid gut health.*
• Toppings – My go-to toppings are…
– mixed berries (fresh or frozen) *contain a variety of vitamins, antioxidants, and fiber*
– homemade granola *great vitamin & mineral source*
– unsweet coconut flakes *contains vitamins & minerals*
– almonds *healthy fats, protein, & vitamin source*
– a drizzle of honey. *has antioxidants & inflammatory benefits*
