
• The things we consume in all aspects of life determine how we feel physically and mentally. The people we surround ourselves with influence the way we feel about ourselves. The things we listen to or watch can affect our mindset. The food we eat determines the way our bodies function and feel.
• Together, all 3 influence one another and affect the way we live. So surround yourself with people who encourage you and return the favor. Listen and watch things that influence you in a healthy way. And provide yourself with real and enough nutrients.
• Everyday is different and may not look picture perfect. But that’s okay, keep experimenting and find who/what makes you feel good. Go back to the roots and meet yourself with calm. 🧘🏼♀️💜
