~hormone healthy dinner recipe~

Ingredients:
– Organic, lean ground beef
– Green beans
– Sweet potato
– 1 egg
– Seasonings – black pepper, salt, basil, garlic powder
– Condiments – organic ketchup

✨ If you are cooking the full ground beef package & a full can of green beans, there will be plenty of leftovers for other meals! 🙂

Method:
– Put ground beef into the pan. Add seasonings & continuously ground it up with a wooden spoon.
– Either boil or microwave (if from a can) green beans
– Pierce sweet potato & cook in microwave
– In a small pan make one overeasy egg by placing a cover on top to let heat cook one side of the egg. Gently flip at the end for 10-20 seconds.
– Once no more red & the juice is clear, ground beef is done. The inside of the sweet potato should be able to be poked through with a fork. Green beans should be easily cut. The egg white should have no jelly-like consistency.

Serve:
– Get a bowl & add sweet potato, desired amount of ground beef & green beans, top with ketchup, add the egg.
