• Simple springtime green smoothie recipe! 💚 Replenishing & refreshing after a run or workout. Here are the details, let me know if you make it!

• Ingredients:

– 3/4 cup mixed frozen fruit (I used peaches, grapes, kiwi, & pineapple)

– 1/4 cup banana

– 1/2 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder

– lil’ spoonful of chia seeds

– 1/2 cup vanilla unsweet almond milk

– handful of spinach
